1 pound of lumb crab meat
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons parsley or minced green onions or both
1 ½ teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning
¼ cup of corn
¼ cup flour
¼ cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully mix all ingredients except flour and oil. You may need to add more bread crumbs if mixture is to wet.
Shape into 4 crab cakes and place on cutting board. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
In a wide skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
Put the flour in a wide bowl. Carefully dredge the crab cakes on both sides in the flour.
Carefully place the crab cakes in the skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown. About 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve with tarter sauce.
