1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter, softened (no substitutes)
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 -1 c. milk chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 325º. Grease a 9 x 13 pan, I use metal. In a bowl whisk together flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In a large bowl beat butter, cream cheese and sugar on medium high for 2 minutes until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. On low, gradually add flour mixture into butter mixture: beat 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 22-24 min or until toothpick 2 inches from edge comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
