Ingredients:  
2 8 oz. packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c chopped nuts, divided
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except 1 c chopped nuts. Mix with hands and roll in ball. Roll ball in remaining nuts. Wrap in foil and put in refrigerator.

This was Vickie Opel's (Mom's) favorite since she was a little girl. She requested that Mimi make this cheese ball every single Christmas. The taste of it IS Christmas to me!
