Brownies:
2 packages chocolate fudge cake mix
1 c. butter, melted
2 eggs

Frosting:
1 tub white frosting
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring

Topping:
1 c. milk chocolate chips
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brownie:
Mix all ingredients together
Press in an 11 x 17 inch cookie sheet
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes (Do Not Overbake)

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together
Frost cooled brownies

Topping:
Melt together in microwave
Drizzle chocolate over frosted brownies
Let cool until chocolate is set
