3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. cold water
6 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all dry ingredients, water and vanilla together.

Dig 3 holes in the mixture. Pour oil in one, pour baking soda in another, and pour vinegar in last hole. **Must follow this order so the chemical reaction occurs in the ingredients rather than on the surface of the cake mix.** Mix together.

Pour into greased and floured cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
