One recipe of meatballs, uncooked
One quart of tomato sauce or 2 jars Victoria’s Marinara Sauce
Two 28oz. cans of Hunts tomato sauce
2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil
One medium onion minced
˝ red bell pepper minced
4 or 5 cloves of garlic sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper over medium low heat until completely softened.
Add tomato sauce and Hunts sauce, stir well, and bring to a simmer. Add meatballs and bring back to a simmer.
Cook over low heat partially covered 4 to 5 hours adding a little water as needed.
