4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan - grated
1/2 cup spinach - chopped
1 can crabmeat - drained
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 375º
* Melt butter in saucepan
* Whisk in flour and cook for 3 minutes
* Whisk in milk and cook for 20 minutes
* Add in the cheese and stir until blended
* Add in spinach and crab
* Place in a greased casserole dish
* Top with breadcrumbs and place in oven
* Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly
