1 Yellow cake mix, I use the ones with pudding in the mix
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups ripe bananas, blended well
1 cup chopped pecans, opt

Frosting:


4 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 T. margarine or butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
4 or more cups powdered sugar

Place all ingredients in a mixer bowl and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan at 350º for 22-24 min. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

For the frosting: beat together the cream cheese, vanilla and margarine until creamy, add enough powdered sugar to make it spreadable, add a bit of milk if it seems too thick, not too much or you'll have to keep adding powdered sugar and then you'll have lots of frosting!!
