Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 quail, with breasts filleted off the bone (can substitute any wild game or chicken-boneless, cut to approximate size of quail fillets)
8-10 slices of bacon
4 skewers (bamboo or steel)

Marinade:1/2 c. melted butter, 1/2 T. crushed garlic; 1 T. dried basil

Drizzle: 1/2 c. softened butter, not melted; 1/2 T. crushed garlic; 1 T. dried basil; 1 T. dried Parmesan cheese; blend together with fork

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together marinade ingredients; pour over meat and toss; set aside in fridge for 15-30 minutes.
2. On cutting board, lay our piece of bacon. Beginning at near end of strip, stand a piece of meat vertically on top of bacon, take a full turn by rolling meat away from you, back to vertical once again. Repeat with remaining meat, putting 2-3 bacon/meat rolls on a skewer; run skewer through flat sides of the bacon/meat roll.
3. Grill over medium coals about 20 mins., turning once. Juices should run clear.
4. Put dollop of softened butter drizzle on top and serve immediately.
