2 pheasants, cut into pieces, breasts filleted (also a good recipe using chicken)
2 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, finely ground
1/4 c. dried Parmesan cheese

White wine cream sauce:
1 10-oz. can fat free cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1 c. fat free sour cream
1 c. white wine
4 oz. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Heat oil in skillet to med. hot. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; dredge pheasant pieces in mixture; lightly brown pheasant in oil. Place browned pheasant in single layer in glass baking dish. In saucepan, combine soup, sour cream and white wine; over high heat, bring to low simmer, stirring regularly. Pour over pheasant in baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle almond pieces over the top about 5 mins. before pheasant is done,
