2 tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped cilantro (if available)
1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10-oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chile
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 package of tortillas
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Sauté onion and peppers in oil.
2) Combine soups, cilantro, Rotel, onion mixture, and seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
3) Tear tortillas into small pieces and place in single layer in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Top with half of soup mixture and cheese. Repeat layers (tortillas, soup mixture, cheese).
4) Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
