1 head cauliflower, broken into 1-2” pieces
2 carrots, sliced
1 parsnip, sliced
1 packet Knorr Delikat seasoning (available online and locally at Polonus Deli)
1-2 c. cooked farfalline (Pastene tiny bowtie pasta), or any small soup pasta
water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute cauliflower, carrots and parsnip in 1 tbsp. butter or oil over low heat until slightly softened. Add enough water to cover vegetables completely and bring to low boil. Add 2-3 tbsp. Delikat seasoning and reduce heat.

Simmer for approximately 20 min, until vegetables are soft.

Add cooked pasta immediately before serving.

Adjust seasoning to taste. For bolder flavor, add more seasoning. For milder flavor, add water.
