Ingredients:
Large salmon filet
one lemon
1 T mayo
5 spice asian seasoning
one yellow onion

Directions:
Directions:

-start with a filet of salmon placed on a big piece of foil on a baking sheet- easiest without the skin.
-squeeze half a lemon over the salmon
-spread a layer of mayonaise over the salmon - the same amount as if you were putting it on a sandwhich
-sprinkle a seasoning of your choice over the top ( i use five spice asian)
-place thinly sliced pieces of yellow onion all over the salmon.
-slice thin layers of lemon (with the skin) all over the top.

wrap the whole thing up in the foil and bake at 450. the time depends on the size of the salmon so i check it often to make sure it doesn't look too raw in the middle of the salmon. once it looks done push the foil down along the sides broil it for an additional few minutes (maybe 5) or until the mayo has started to brown.

thats it!! it only takes about 5 minutes to prepare and 15 - 25 minutes to cook
