One Pan Pizza dough recipe with half the white flour substituted for whole wheat flour. Or, for a slightly less whole wheat taste, 2 cups white flour to 1cup whole wheat flour.
A batch of Buffalo Chicken Bites roughly chopped
½ pound sliced mozzarella cheese
Sliced scallions to taste
Blue Cheese dressing for garnishing at end
A little extra Buffalo sauce for spooning over the pizza

Follow the pan pizza recipe exactly to order and cook the dough by itself for 15 minutes. Then top with the mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and cook another 6 minutes. Remove and add the chopped Buffalo chicken and sliced scallions to taste. Spoon a little Buffalo sauce over the top. Cook another 6 minutes and remove. Cut with a pizza wheel and drizzle some blue cheese dressing all over the top. Serve.
