8 oz. bar cream cheese
1 c. low-fat sour cream
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (approx. juice of ½ a lemon)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8-20 drops Tabasco© or other hot sauce
1 (6.5 oz.) can minced or chopped clams
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, and a sprig for garnish
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine cream cheese and sour cream with fork until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Either serve immediately, or chill for a few hours or overnight for best flavor. Stir before serving and adjust seasoning as necessary. Garnish with sprig of parsley.

Serve with crudité: carrots, celery, red pepper, fennel, etc, and dip-
sized corn chips. (Trader Joe's organic corn dippers are recommended). For large family gatherings, double the recipe and enjoy!
