2 ½ cup - Flour
1 tsp. - Salt
6 tbsp. - Crisco, chilled
8 tbsp. - Butter, chilled
5-7 tbsp. - Ice Water
1 1/2 tbsp. - Cider Vingar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, then cut in butter and Crisco until mixture consists of coarse crumbs. Slowly add 5 tbsp of water and vinegar, stirring until dough just begins to come together. If too dry, add more water. Form into flat ball and refrigerate 1 hour or up to two days. Can also be frozen.
