High quality bone-in ham, roasted, juices saved.
2 cups milk
2 T cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove roasted ham from roasting pan
Add 2 cups milk to pan
Heat on medium, scraping drippings from the bottom of pan
Combine cornstarch and water
Add cornstarch/water mixture slowly while stirring until desired consistency.
Add sugar
Stir and TASTE -- can adjust thickness, saltiness, etc. as needed.
