One small can fresh oysters
4 tablespoons butter
1 pint half and half light cream
celery salt
pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat.
Add raw oysters and heat thru until edges curl.
Add half and half.
Add pinch of pepper and celery salt to liking.

Heat until steaming...DO NOT BOIL.

Serve with round oyster crackers.
