Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. toasted cumin seeds
2 tbsp. toasted pepitas

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the pepitas and cumin seed lightly in a pan on the stove - I usually do them separately because they brown at different speeds.

Put all of the ingredients in a mortar & pestle and grind until the pepitas break down - it's okay if the mix is a little bit chunky.

It's delicious with so many things!
-On Corn on the Cob: roll the corn in butter & then sprinkle the dukka all over. Or squeeze lime juice on the corn & then add the dukka.
-With Bread: get some crusty sourdough & dip in olive oil, then dip in the dukka.
-- On Fish: sprinkle some on your cooked fish

Yum!
Serve on corn on the cob, dip bread into olive oil & then into the dukka
