3 cups shortening
3 cups brown sugar
3 cups white sugar
6 eggs
6 tbsp water (1/4 cup)
3 tsp vanilla
5 cups flour
3 tsp baking soda
3 tsp salt
9 cups rolled oats
6 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar, add egg, water and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add oats and chocolate chips. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 - 375º.
