8 cups tomatoes, peeled,
chopped, drained
2 cups onions, chopped
1 cup gr. pepper, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
1 can tomato paste (12 oz)
1/3 cup vinegar
1/8 cup canning salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup chopped parsley
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. cumin

Directions:

Mix all together and bring to slow boil for 10 minutes. Seal in jars and process 10 minutes in hot water bath.
