1/4 c. lite ricotta cheese
1/4 c. non fat process cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. fresh raspberries
2 Tbsp. seedless raspberries, spread and melted
1/4 c. and 2 Tbsp. vanilla wafer cookie crumbs (10 cookies)
2 Tbsp. thawed reduced calorie, whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Position knife blade in food processor bowl
Add first 3 ingredients
Process until smooth scraping sides or processor bowl once
Set aside
Combine raspberries and raspberry spread
Stir gently
Spoon 1/4 c. raspberry mixture into each of 2 (8 oz.) parfait glasses
Top each with 2 Tbsp. ricotta mixture
Sprinkle 3 Tbsp. cookie crumbs over ricotta mixture
Top each with 2 Tbsp. ricotta mixture
Spoon 1/4 c. raspberry mixture over ricotta mixture
Top each with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping
Chill for 2 hours
