1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients and form into logs. Freeze, slice, and bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
