8 cups riced potatoes
2/3 cup oil
½ cup evaporated milk
2 tsp salt
¼ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and chill. Add enough flour (about 2 cups) to make a soft dough; roll thin and fry on griddle, turning to brown both sides. Cool on wax paper covered dish towels and package.
HINT: Be sure not to mix in flour until ready to make. (Griddle at about 450 degrees F)
