8 or more apples (mix macs, cortlands and others)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples.
Mix dry ingredients together
Add dry mixture to apples and toss to cover apples.
Store in refrigerator day or so.

Place crust in buttered pie plate. Pierce with fork
Arrange apples on crust
Place butter around apples
Cover with crust and pierce with fork
Press around turned up edges with fork
Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in preheated 400 oven for 60 minutes or until crust is brown
