3 sticks butter, softened
3 cups granulated sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
3 cups unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
[To make gluten free: Replace regular flour with 156 grams brown rice flour, 88 grams sorghum flour, 90 grams of cornstarch, 51 grams of tapioca starch and 1 teaspoon xanthan gum]

In a separate bowl, mix together flour (or gluten-free flour mix) and baking powder. Combine butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar and eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, almond and flour mixture. Beat until smooth and light. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. (If making gluten-free, dust with rice flour.) Bake in preheated 325º oven for 1½ hours, or until cake tests done.
