3 lbs. - Red Potatoes
8 - Eggs
½ lb.-Bacon,sliced & chopped
1 medium - Onion, chopped
1 stick (¼ cup) - Butter
½ cup - Water
¼ cup - White Vinegar
½ cup - Sugar
1 tsp. - Salt
1 tsp. - Pepper

Directions:

Hard-boil eggs and cut in 1/8 inch slices. Cook skin on potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, cut in 1/8 inch slices. Add eggs and potatoes in a 9X13 baking pan. In a fry pan, fry bacon light brown, add onions and butter, brown slightly. Add water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Thicken this mixture with flour/water mixture. Pour above mixture over potatoes and eggs in baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven for one hour at 350°.
