4 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 c bisquick
1/4 c melted butter
1 c shredded cheese
dash pepper and onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
In blender mix ingredients for 25 seconds,pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Add your choice of diced meat over top-ham,chicken,bacon. Top with cheese gently press below surface. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
