2 lb. beef steak (flank or swiss)
1 Taco seasoning packet
1 onion, chopped
1 (4-oz.) can diced green chilis
1 tbsp. vinegar
10 flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
3/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut steaks in half, rub all over with taco seasoning.
2) Place steaks in a slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Top with onion, chilies and vinegar.
3) Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours. Remove steaks and cool slightly; shred meat with two forks. Return to slow cooker to heat through. Spoon about 1/2 c. mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, tomato and sour cream.
