2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Shortening
1 c. P.nut butter
2 eggs
1 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
1 c. Granulated sugar
1 T. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, p.nut butter, soda and salt and mix well. Gradually add the sugars, mixing well. Move mixture to one side of bowl, drop in eggs and beat with a fork, add milk, mix into creamed mixture. Add flour. Chill for a bit. With well floured hands shape balls the size of a walnut. Place on greased cookie sheet. Press each ball lightly with a fork to make a waffle effect. Bake at 325º for 15-18 minutes. Remove cookies from cookie sheet as soon as they come out of oven.
