1 cup soften butter
1/3 cup whipping cream
2 cups flour
Sugar

FILLING
1 package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup margarine or butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
Food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°
Combine first 3 ingredients. Chill.
Roll dough (use 1/3 of dough each time) slice 1/8-inch thick. With spatula move one cookie at a time to dish of sugar. Coat both sides with sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet (can almost touch each other, because they do shrink). Prick each cookie 4 times with a fork. Bake 7-9 minutes or until set but not brown. Cool and sandwich with cream cheese filling.

Mix well until smooth
