2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
(2) 8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Press one package of crescent rolls in a 9x13 pan.

Beat cream cheese,1 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Pour over rolls in pan.

Put remaining pkg of rolls on top---stretching over top but not covering completely--(allow cream cheese filling to show through in spots).

Beat egg white and brush on top of rolls. Mix 1/2 c sugar, cinnamon, nuts and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
