1 c. Uncle Ben's rice, regular uncooked
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
2 3/4 c. Water
1 fryer cut up or chicken breast pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle rice in 9 x 13 pan. Combine soup and water and pour over rice. Place chicken skin side up in dish. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Put butter beside each piece. Bake at 350º for one hour.
