29 oz. can La Preferida White Hominy (Maiz Blanco)
1/2 lb. frozen peas
1 finely chopped long green onion
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the hominy and drain it.
2. Cook the peas and drain.
3. Chop the cilantro and long green onion.
4. Combine the hominy, peas, onion and cilantro.
5. Salt to taste.
