Vegetable Oil
Chicken cut up in pieces
All-purpose Flour
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet (I use an electric skillet to control the temperature)
2. Place flour in paper or gallon plastic bag
3. Add some salt and pepper to the flour
4. Salt and Pepper the Chicken
5. Place chicken in bag a few pieces at a time, shake to coat
6. Place chicken in the hot oil
7. Cook 10 minutes and turn
8. Turn the chicken every 10 minutes until done usually 45 minutes.
9. Check if done using a meat thermometer it should read 180º
10. Remove from pan and place on plate with paper towels to absorb oil
