This dish is easy if you use prepared Alfredo sauce.

3-4 oz. package prosciutto, sliced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 package mushrooms sliced
1 jar prepared Alfredo sauce
2 Tablespoons pasta water
2 Scallions, green parts only, chopped
4 servings angel hair pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet until just hot, add the sliced prosciutto and cook until it just starts to crisp. Remove from skillet and drain on a paper towel.

To same skillet, add the olive oil. When heated, add the mushrooms and cooked until mushrooms are soft, do not let them get crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.

In same skillet, turn heat to low and add the alfredo sauce. Add the pasta water to thin slightly. When combined, add drained, cooked pasta to the alfredo sauce and toss to coat.
Place pasta with sauce in serving dish. Sprinkle prosciutto, mushrooms and lastly chopped scallions on top.

Note: you can substitute bacon for the prosciutto.
