3/4 C. milk
3/4 C. cream
salt to taste

Brown butter til good and brown. Add milk and cream, stir while warming. Use on fresh boiled potatoes as gravy.

Grandma says: "May add sour cream and onion powder. I would cut the potatoes up smaller when I had most of the kids home, saved time not having to mash everyone's!"
