I head iceberg lettuce chopped
1 small can waterchestnuts, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
¾ bag frozen peas, thawed
8 slices bacon, cooked then crumbled
Fine grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish, layer lettuce, then water chestnuts, then celery; season with salt and pepper.

Smooth mayonnaise over top, cover all the lettuce mixture.

Add the peas, then the bacon and lastly the cheese.

Let set overnight for best flavor.
