2 cups chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
3 cups milk
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. thin spaghetti noodles

Directions:

Melt butter in saucepan. Whisk in flour until blended. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese and spices. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Cook pasta according to package directions. Layer half of the chicken in a greased casserole dish. Put half the spaghetti on top of the chicken. Pour half the sauce over the spaghetti, followed by half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
