2 c rice (long grain white rice)
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 onion
1 cube of Knorr Chicken stock
1/2 cup oil (vegetable or olive oil)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic salt
4 1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan. Add rice, onion and fry. Add tomato sauce, water and chicken stock. Add salt and garlic salt. Let boil and stir for 5 minutes. Simmer on low and cover pan with lid for 15 minutes.

Autumn loves cheese on top of her rice, so you can add cheese for more flavor after rice is done.
