Pork Medallions
Butter
Flour
Mushrooms
Garlic
Meat stock
Cream
Brandy or wine
Instant pork gravy
Noodles
Onion
Parsley
Tarragon
Mustard
Lemon juice
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Pork Medallions:

8 Pork Medallions (2 cm) thick
1 tbsp plain flour

Clarify butter; heat in frying pan.Turn medallions in flour, shake off excess. Cook.

Sauce:

150g sliced mushrooms
1 small onion finely chopped
4 or 5 garlic cloves finely chopped
250 ml meat stock
200 ml cream (1/2 and 1/2)
2 tbsp Brandy (or wine)

Cook slowly together then add: 2 tbsp instant pork gravy

Noodles:

Cook whatever noodles you like then toss with:

2 tbsp butter
1/4 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
2 or 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 tsp Tarragon
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper

MIx together in a bowl and mix with hot noodles
