Ingredients:  
1 bag fresh spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
4 slices cooked bacon, broken in pieces

Dressing:
Ketchup approximately 1/2 c.
Olive oil approximately 2/3 c.
Worcestershire Sauce a few shots from the bottle
Directions:
Directions:
Toss all salad ingredients together in bowl

Dressing: shake ingredients together to taste sweet and sour
Dressing should be an orange slightly brown color.

Dress salad when ready to serve.
