1 lb. skinless kielbasa
1 2 # bag Sauerkraut
1 can tomato soup
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together except kielbasa. Place sauerkraut mixture in bottom of roaster. Place cut up kielbasa on top. Bake at 350º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

This is how Mom taught me to make this. Great with boiled parsley potatoes! One of mom's favorites.
