1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
5 cups of anything

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl. Add a total of 5 cups of anything (e.g. 1 cup cornflakes, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup raisins, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup sunflower seeds). You may vary the amounts in order to have more variety or less but the total additions must equal 5 cups. Other ingredients can be: dates, puffed wheat, walnuts, Rice Krispies, peanut butter chips, etc. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Makes 5 1/2 dozen cookies.
