1/2 cup Sugar
1 lemon rind grated
2 cups Flour
4 Egg Yolks

Directions:
Blend like for pie dough. Spread in bottom of greased pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Take out of oven, then spread thick layer of apricot jam, then beat egg whites until stiff add 1/2 cut sugar, 3/4 cup ground nuts, and 1 tsp. lemon extract. Then spread over jam and sprinkle with ground nuts.

Place back in oven and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
