4 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Poppy seeds
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
2/3 c. Oil
2 c. Milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Combine oil, milk and eggs, lightly mix into dry ingredients. Pour into 10 inch greased tube pan. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
