Pheasant breasts
Canola oil
Bacon grease
2 eggs
2-3 T. milk
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove meat from each side of breast and cut each into 4 pieces.
Heat misture of equal amounts canola oil and bacon grease in large skillet.
Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Dip nuggets in milk mixture and dredge in flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
