Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
Frozen mixed veges(adjust amount to your liking)
chopped mushrooms
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom
1 packet onion soup mix
1/4 cup red wine (not cooking wine)
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
pepper to taste

5-6 large potatoes peeled and cubed
1/2 cup milk
butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Shredded cheddar


Directions:

Brown meat and drain. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Add wine. Add cream of mushroom, frozen veges, and onion packet. Pepper to taste. Pour into a baking dish. (Should be thick)
In a bowl place potatoes and microwave until soft when pierced with a fork. About 8-10 minutes. Add butter and milk and mash it up. Mix in parmesan. Place on top of meat mixture and smooth out to cover. Sprinkle with cheddar. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts and it looks set. Enjoy!
