2 Devils Food Cake Mixes
4 Eggs
1 Cup Veg Oil

Filling:
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Butter
Icing Sugar (approx 3 cups)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Bake cookies at 350
Small Cookie Scoop - 9-10 min Medium Cookie Scoop 10-12 min. Do not over bake. They are delicious when soft and chewy. Cool.
Generously ice one cookie - top with 2nd cookie to make oreo.

*Add orange food coloring to icing for Halloween - green for St. Patrick's and Christmas .....
