1/4 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
fresh veggies to stir fry

Directions:
Directions:
In gallon size ziploc bag, combine flour salt and pepper. Add chicken in batches, seal bag, and shake well to coat.

Combine soy sauce and sugar in small bowl, set aside.

Coat a large non-stick skillet with spray or oil and warm over medium high heat.

Add chicken and cook about 3-4 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Remove to a plate.

Reduce heat in skillet or wok to medium and add sesame oil. Stir fry vegetables until crisp tender. Add sugar soy sauce mixture and chicken, stir until heated through. Add sesame seeds.

Serve over steamed rice.
